Thanks! I’m not a professional photographer at all and I’m still learning every day. Here’s what I found useful when I started out in photography: Find out what kind of photography excites you most (landscape, portrait, architecture etc.), then focus on it and shoot as much as you can.
As for street photography: get a wide angle lens (prime lens if you can afford it), preferably a 35mm or 28mm (on full format). Observe your subjects, learn to anticipate moments and get close when you push the shutter.
